Just tore the acl skating, this is the closest I’ll be to skating for a min. :(
Also dont take ibuprofen's as they weaken your ligaments and slower the healing process, drink chamomile tea or smoke weed instead.
Once get you get surgery and get the go-to to strech, do that twice daily for 30mins. Also ice 3x a day once in the morning, evening and before bed. Do your physical therapy 3x a week also. I'm 16 months post operation of acl/meniscus and starting to feel like my old self. I'm skating at least 3x a week again and starting to feel explosive in my tricks again. Best of luck.
